Article R2511-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For housing owned by the municipality, the mayor of the municipality provides the borough mayors or the municipal commission with the information mentioned in articles R. 2511-8, R. 2511-9 and R. 2511-11. These dwellings are allocated or proposed for allocation under the conditions set out in articles R. 2511-8 to R. 2511-11.

Pour les logements dont la commune est propriétaire, le maire de la commune fournit aux maires d’arrondissement ou à la commission municipale les informations mentionnées aux articles R. 2511-8, R. 2511-9 et R. 2511-11. Les attributions ou les propositions d’attribution de ces logements sont faites dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2511-8 à R. 2511-11.
