Article R2512-29-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-For the application of the first paragraph of Article L. 2512-28:

the actual operating revenue of the City of Paris is affected by a coefficient of 29.13% for the departmental share and a coefficient of 70.87% for the municipal share;

the actual operating expenditure of the City of Paris is affected by a coefficient of 31.42% for the departmental share and 68.58% for the municipal share.

II.-For the application of the second paragraph of Article L. 2512-28:

the actual operating revenue of the City of Paris is affected by a coefficient of 37.85% for the departmental share and 68.58% for the municipal share.For the application of the second paragraph of Article L. 2512-28, the revenue from property tax on built-up properties collected by the City of Paris is affected by a coefficient of 37.85% for the departmental share and a coefficient of 62.15% for the communal share

-les recettes réelles de fonctionnement de la Ville de Paris sont affectées d’un coefficient de 29,13 % pour la part départementale et d’un coefficient de 70,87 % pour la part communale ;

-les dépenses réelles de fonctionnement de la Ville de Paris sont affectées d’un coefficient de 31,42 % pour la part départementale et de 68,58 % pour la part communale.

II.-Pour l’application du second alinéa de l’article L. 2512-28, le produit de la taxe foncière sur les propriétés bâties perçu par la Ville de Paris est affecté d’un coefficient de 37,85 % pour la part départementale et d’un coefficient de 62,15 % pour la part communale
