Article R2512-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The City of Paris social action centre is subject to the provisions of article 28 of decree no. 69-83 of 27 January 1969 on public administration regulations relating to the organisation and remit of the Paris social welfare office and admission to social welfare in Paris, articles 22 and 25 of decree no. 77-274 of 24 March 1977 relating to the organisation and remit of the Paris social welfare office and admission to social welfare in Paris and articles 1 to 24 of decree no. 95-563 of 6 May 1995 relating to the social action centre of the city of Paris.

Le centre d’action sociale de la ville de Paris est soumis aux dispositions de l’article 28 du décret n° 69-83 du 27 janvier 1969 portant règlement d’administration publique relatif à l’organisation et aux attributions du bureau d’aide sociale de Paris ainsi qu’à l’admission à l’aide sociale à Paris, des articles 22 et 25 du décret n° 77-274 du 24 mars 1977 relatif à l’organisation et aux attributions du bureau d’aide sociale de Paris ainsi qu’à l’admission à l’aide sociale de Paris et des articles 1 à 24 du décret n° 95-563 du 6 mai 1995 relatif au centre d’action sociale de la ville de Paris.
