When an agreement is reached before a conciliation commission, the chairman draws up and notifies the parties of the minutes. The minutes are sent within twenty-four hours to the Minister responsible for labour and to the regional or departmental prefect. It is filed in accordance with the provisions of article D. 2231-2 or article D. 2231-3 for the agricultural professions.
When the parties fail to reach an agreement, a record of non-conciliation is drawn up and immediately notified to them by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. This report specifies the points on which they have reached agreement and those on which disagreement persists. It is sent to the Minister of Labour and to the Prefect of the region or department within forty-eight hours.
In all cases, the minutes are signed by the chairman, the members of the committee and the parties present or their representatives.
