Article R. 15-28 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 15-28.-Officers or agents of the judicial police are competent to carry out their duties in vehicles assigned to the collective transport of passengers, whenever these vehicles, or the network on which they travel, cross all or part of their assigned district. “
L’article R. 15-28 est rédigé comme suit :

R. 15-28.-Les officiers ou agents de police judiciaire sont compétents pour exercer leur mission dans les véhicules affectés au transport collectif de voyageurs, dès lors que ces véhicules, ou le réseau sur lequel ils circulent, traversent tout ou partie de leur circonscription d’affectation. “
