Article R2624-1 of the French Labour Code

For the application in Mayotte of article R. 2315-20, the words: “at the rate of the second class railway fare” are replaced by the words: “at the rate shown in article 6B of appendix 4 of the general tax code for travel by motor vehicle”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 2315-20, les mots : “ à hauteur du tarif de seconde classe des chemins de fer ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ à hauteur du barème figurant à l’article 6B de l’annexe 4 du code général des impôts pour un déplacement en véhicule automobile ”.
