Article R299 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

I.-In the first paragraph of Article R. 74, the words: “to the recruitment and statistics directorate of the military region in whose territory he is” are replaced by the words: “to the competent military authority of the local authority”.

II.-In the second paragraph of Article R. 74, the words: “the authority” are replaced by the words: “the registrar” and the words: “to the directorate of recruitment and statistics of the military region in whose territory he is located” are replaced by the words: “to this military authority”.

I.-Au premier alinéa de l’article R. 74, les mots : ” à la direction du recrutement et de la statistique de la région militaire sur le territoire de laquelle il se trouve ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” à l’autorité militaire compétente de la collectivité “.

II.-Au second alinéa de l’article R. 74, les mots : ” l’autorité ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le greffier ” et les mots : ” à la direction du recrutement et de la statistique de la région militaire sur le territoire de laquelle il se trouve ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” à cette autorité militaire “.
