Article R303 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

I.-The first sentence of Article R. 77-1 shall read as follows:

“Before drawing up bulletin no. 1 for a legal entity, the clerk of the court of first instance shall check that the legal entity is registered in the company identification register. “

II.-The second paragraph of article R. 77-1 is worded as follows:

“If the legal entity is not registered, the clerk of the court of first instance shall enter on bulletin no. 1 the words: “identity not verifiable”.

I.-La première phrase de l’article R. 77-1 est rédigée comme suit :

” Avant d’établir le bulletin n° 1 d’une personne morale, le greffier du tribunal de première instance vérifie l’immatriculation de celle-ci au répertoire d’identification des entreprises. ”

II.-Le deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 77-1 est rédigé comme suit :

” Si la personne morale n’est pas immatriculée, le greffier du tribunal de première instance inscrit sur le bulletin n° 1 la mention : ” identité non vérifiable “.
