Article R31 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The judicial agent of the State shall file his submissions with the registry of the court of appeal within two months of receipt of the registered letter provided for in Article R. 28.

The clerk’s office of the court of appeal notifies the applicant by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within fifteen days of their filing, of the conclusions of the judicial agent of the State.

L’agent judiciaire de l’Etat dépose ses conclusions au greffe de la cour d’appel dans le délai de deux mois à compter de la réception de la lettre recommandée prévue à l’article R. 28.

Le greffe de la cour d’appel notifie au demandeur par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, dans le délai de quinze jours à compter de leur dépôt, les conclusions de l’agent judiciaire de l’Etat.
