The mayor shall issue a receipt for the declaration of the liquidation sale within a maximum of fifteen days of receipt of the complete file for the said declaration; if the file is incomplete, the mayor shall notify the interested party of the list of missing documents within seven days of receipt; if the additional documents are not produced within seven days of receipt of the notification of the missing documents, the declaration mentioned in Article R. 310-2 may not be the subject of a declaration receipt.
In the event of the occurrence of the unforeseeable event mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 310-2, the mayor shall issue the declaration receipt upon receipt of the complete file.
No liquidation sale may take place until the declaration receipt has been issued by the mayor.
The mayor informs the territorial chamber of commerce and industry of the liquidation sale thus declared.
