The declaration receipt is displayed on the premises of the liquidation sale by the declarant throughout its duration; the order mentioned in Article R. 310-2 sets out the terms and conditions of this display.

The maximum duration of liquidation sales set at two months by Article L. 310-1 is reduced to fifteen days in the event of seasonal suspension of the declarant’s activity.

The postponement of the date of the liquidation sale indicated in the declaration mentioned in article R. 310-2 shall be the subject of prior notification to the mayor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, including justification for the change.
