Advertising for a liquidation sale may only relate to products listed in the inventory provided as an appendix to the prior declaration mentioned in article R. 310-2.

The order referred to in article R. 310-2 also specifies the information that must appear in this publicity and the procedures for its organisation.

La publicité relative à une vente en liquidation ne peut porter que sur les produits inscrits à l’inventaire fourni en annexe à la déclaration préalable mentionnée à l’article R. 310-2.

L’arrêté mentionné à l’article R. 310-2 précise également les informations qui doivent figurer dans cette publicité et les modalités de son organisation.
