Compulsory vaccinations are carried out by health professionals authorised for this purpose by the regulations applicable to them.

In particular, they may be carried out in the authorised establishments and organisations referred to in article L. 3111-11, as well as in the context of consultations provided by the departmental maternal and child protection services and those authorised by the departmental council.

Les vaccinations obligatoires sont réalisées par les professionnels de santé autorisés à cet effet par la règlementation qui leur est applicable.

Elles peuvent l’être notamment dans les établissements et organismes habilités mentionnés à l’article L. 3111-11, ainsi que dans le cadre des consultations des services départementaux de protection maternelle et infantile et de celles autorisées par le conseil départemental.
