I.-The minor’s admission is subject to presentation of the health record or any other document mentioned in article D. 3111-6 attesting to compliance with the obligation set out in article L. 3111-2:
a) In the establishments and services mentioned in the first two paragraphs of article L. 2324-1 ;
b) In schools and educational establishments and childcare facilities without accommodation organised in application of the third paragraph of article L. 2324-1 and II of article R. 227-1 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles ;
c) In the case of reception by an approved maternal assistant mentioned inarticle L. 421-1 of the code de l’action sociale et des familles ;
d) In health nurseries and children’s homes covered by article L. 2321-1 ;
e) In the establishments mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of I of article L. 312-1 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles ;
f) In other childcare facilities organised in application of the third paragraph of Article L. 2324-1 and Article L. 227-4 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles ;
g) And in any other children’s group.
II – In the cases mentioned in a to e of I, where one or more of the compulsory vaccinations is missing, the minor is admitted provisionally. The minor’s continued stay in the group home is subject to the completion of the vaccinations that are missing, which may be carried out within three months of the provisional admission in accordance with the schedule set out in article L. 3111-1. Vaccinations that cannot be carried out within this period are continued in accordance with the aforementioned schedule. Proof that the vaccinations have been carried out is provided by one of the documents mentioned in the first paragraph of this article.
III – When a minor is admitted to one of the group homes mentioned in I for a period of more than one year, his or her continued stay in this home is subject to the presentation, each year, of one of the documents mentioned in I attesting to compliance with the obligation laid down in article L. 3111-2.
