Article R3112-14 of the French Public Health Code

In the establishments and organisations referred to in article L. 3112-3, medicinal products are dispensed by a pharmacist registered in section E or section H of the Ordre national des pharmaciens.

If the approved establishment is a health establishment, this dispensing is carried out by the in-house pharmacy, or failing this, in accordance with the procedure laid down in article L. 5126-6.

Article R3112-14

Dans les établissements et organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 3112-3, les médicaments sont dispensés par un pharmacien inscrit au tableau de la section E ou de la section H de l’Ordre national des pharmaciens.

Si l’établissement habilité est un établissement de santé, cette dispensation est assurée par la pharmacie à usage intérieur, ou à défaut, selon la procédure prévue à l’article L. 5126-6.
