For the mandatory disinfection operations prescribed by article L. 3114-1, the use of a non-approved process, product or appliance or the commissioning of an appliance without a certificate of conformity is punishable by a 5th class fine.

Le fait pour les opérations de désinfection à caractère obligatoire prescrites par l’article L. 3114-1 d’employer un procédé, produit ou appareil non agréé ou de mettre en service un appareil sans procès-verbal de conformité est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 5e classe.
