Article R312-4-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The specific ceilings, mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 312-1-3, applicable to the amounts of fees charged to persons having subscribed to the offer mentioned in the second paragraph of the same article or to those benefiting from the account with basic banking services opened in application of the procedure mentioned in III of article L. 312-1, are set at 4 euros per transaction and 20 euros per month.

Les plafonds spécifiques, mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 312-1-3, applicables aux montants des commissions perçues sur les personnes ayant souscrit l’offre mentionnée au deuxième alinéa du même article ou sur celles qui bénéficient du compte assorti des services bancaires de base ouvert en application de la procédure mentionnée au III de l’article L. 312-1, sont fixés à 4 euros par opération et à 20 euros par mois.
