Article R3121-35 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of the agreement referred to in 2° of article L. 3121-51, the hours of recuperation may not be spread evenly over the whole year.
They may not increase the working hours of the establishment or part of the establishment by more than one hour per day or more than eight hours per week.

A défaut d’accord mentionné au 2° de l’article L. 3121-51, les heures de récupération ne peuvent être réparties uniformément sur toute l’année.
Elles ne peuvent augmenter la durée du travail de l’établissement ou de la partie d’établissement de plus d’une heure par jour, ni de plus de huit heures par semaine.
