Article R313-7 of the French Consumer Code

The information required pursuant to articles R. 222-1 and R. 222-2 of this code and R. 341-16 of the Monetary and Financial Code which appear in the European Standardised Information Sheet are deemed to have been provided at the time of supply of this sheet.
Any other additional information mentioned in the third paragraph of Article L. 313-7, which is provided to the borrower by the creditor or credit intermediary, particularly where the articles mentioned in the previous paragraph or articles R. 314-19 to R. 314-21, may be attached as an annex to the European standardised information sheet.

Les informations exigées en application des articles R. 222-1 et R. 222-2 du présent code et R. 341-16 du code monétaire et financier qui figurent dans la fiche d’information standardisée européenne sont réputées fournies lors de la fourniture de cette fiche.
Toute autre information complémentaire, mentionnée au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 313-7, qui est fournie à l’emprunteur par le prêteur ou l’intermédiaire de crédit, notamment en cas d’application des articles mentionnés au précédent alinéa ou des articles R. 314-19 à R. 314-21, peut être jointe en annexe à la fiche d’information standardisée européenne.
