Article R3131-10-2 of the French Public Health Code

The categories of personal data recorded in the SIVIC processing are as follows:

1° Concerning persons taken into care following an event mentioned in the first paragraph of article R. 3131-10-1 for consultation or hospitalisation in a health establishment or by professionals from medical-psychological emergency units:

a) Data enabling them to be counted ;

b) Data enabling them to be identified, including their registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons;

c) Administrative data relating to the type of health care, including medico-psychological care;

d) Identity and contact details of persons to be contacted in the event of care being provided;

2° Concerning users of the information system:

a) Identification data ;

b) Contact details.

Les catégories de données à caractère personnel enregistrées dans le traitement SIVIC sont les suivantes :

1° Concernant les personnes prises en charge à la suite d’un événement mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article R. 3131-10-1 pour une consultation ou une hospitalisation dans un établissement de santé ou par les professionnels des cellules d’urgence médico-psychologiques :

a) Données permettant leur dénombrement ;

b) Données permettant leur identification, dont le numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques ;

c) Données administratives relatives au type de prise en charge sanitaire, y compris médico-psychologique ;

d) Données d’identité et coordonnées des personnes à contacter en cas de prise en charge ;

2° Concernant les utilisateurs du système d’information :

a) Données d’identification ;

b) Données de contact.
