Article R3131-10-5 of the French Public Health Code

I. – The rights of access and rectification provided for in Articles 15 and 16 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 may be exercised with the health establishment or the medical-psychological emergency unit that took charge of the person, or with the Directorate-General for Health.

II. – Pursuant to Article 23 of the same Regulation, the right to erasure and the right to object provided for in Articles 17 and 21 of the same Regulation do not apply to SIVIC processing.

I. – Les droits d’accès et de rectification prévus aux articles 15 et 16 du règlement (UE) n° 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 s’exercent auprès de l’établissement de santé ou de la cellule d’urgence médico-psychologique qui ont pris en charge la personne, ou auprès de la direction générale de la santé.

II. – En application de l’article 23 du même règlement, le droit à l’effacement et le droit d’opposition prévus aux articles 17 et 21 de ce même règlement ne s’appliquent pas au traitement SIVIC.
