By way of exception and solely to take part in a single advanced training course for youth leaders, an employee aged over twenty-five may take leave to train youth leaders.
In support of his application, he must submit a certificate issued by the departmental youth and sports inspector stating that he has been involved for at least three years in supervising youth work activities organised by the organisations, federations and associations mentioned in article L. 3142-54 and that he has been designated to take part in a higher training course for youth leaders.
The limitations based on the number of employees provided for in article R. 3142-44 do not apply to employees aged over twenty-five. Subject to this reservation, the provisions of articles R. 3142-36 and D. 3142-37 are applicable to them.
