Article R3165-4 of the French Labour Code

Making a young worker work on a public holiday recognised by law, in disregard of the provisions of article L. 3164-6 and the decrees issued for its application, is punishable by a fifth-class fine.
Repeated offences are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.

Le fait de faire travailler un jeune travailleur un jour de fête reconnu par la loi, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 3164-6, et des décrets pris pour son application est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe.
La récidive est réprimée conformément aux articles 132-11 et 132-15 du code pénal.
