Article R. 116 shall read as follows:
“Art. R. 116.-It shall be allocated to each expert appointed in accordance with the laws and regulations on the repression of fraud in commercial matters, for the analysis of each sample, including laboratory costs:
“For the first sample: 22.64 euros (2,700 F CFP);
“For subsequent samples in the same case: 12.58 euros (1,500 F CFP). “
L’article R. 116 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 116.-Il est alloué à chaque expert désigné conformément aux lois et règlements sur la répression des fraudes en matière commerciale, pour l’analyse de chaque échantillon, y compris les frais de laboratoire :
” Pour le premier échantillon : 22,64 euros (2 700 F CFP) ;
” Pour les échantillons suivants dans la même affaire : 12,58 euros (1 500 F CFP). “
