The guarantor or insurer shall issue the operator of voluntary sales of furniture by public auction with a guarantee or insurance certificate specifying the name of the credit institution with which the account provided for in 1° of Article L. 321-6, as well as the number of this account, the amount and duration of the guarantee granted and any restrictions placed on it.
La caution ou l’assureur délivre à l’opérateur de ventes volontaires de meubles aux enchères publiques une attestation de cautionnement ou d’assurance précisant la dénomination de l’établissement de crédit auprès duquel est ouvert le compte prévu au 1° de l’article L. 321-6, ainsi que le numéro de ce compte, le montant et la durée de la garantie accordée et les restrictions éventuelles apportées à celle-ci.
