The file sent to the Minister for Culture, pursuant to article L. 326-9, includes the draft articles of association and general regulations and any documents justifying the professional status of the founders as well as a statement of the human, material or financial resources enabling the organisation to effectively ensure the exploitation of its repertoire and the collection of income from this exploitation.

Article R321-22

Le dossier adressé au ministre chargé de la culture, en application de l’article L. 326-9, comprend les projets de statuts et de règlements généraux et toutes pièces justifiant la qualité professionnelle des fondateurs ainsi que l’état des moyens humains, matériels ou financiers permettant à l’organisme d’assurer effectivement l’exploitation de son répertoire et la perception des revenus provenant de cette exploitation.

La transmission du dossier est faite par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
