I.-The advertisement provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 321-11 shall specify at least the date and place of the planned sale, the name of the voluntary sales operator and the date of its declaration to the Conseil des Maisons de Vente, the name of the authorised person conducting the sale and, where applicable, the number of the declaration made pursuant to Article L. 321-24.
It must also state:
1° The seller’s status as a trader or craftsman when the new goods put up for sale are produced by him;
2° The new nature of the goods;
3° Where applicable, the status of the owner of the goods put up for sale when the latter is the organising voluntary public auction operator or his employee, manager or partner, as well as when he is an expert involved in organising the sale ;
4° The involvement of one or more experts in the organisation of the sale, specifying their specialities;
5° Mention of the limitation period provided for in Article L. 321-17.
II.-The voluntary sales operator shall bring the information mentioned in the fourth paragraph of Article L. 321-11 to the attention of the buyer in a visible manner by displaying a sign, the content and format of which comply with the model annexed to this code.
