Article R321-42 of the French Intellectual Property Code

In the case provided for in Article R. 321-41, the mediator may also issue a recommendation, which shall be notified to the parties by any means capable of establishing proof of the date of receipt.

Within three months of receiving the recommendation, the parties shall inform the mediator of the action taken on the recommendation.

Article R321-42

Dans le cas prévu à l’article R. 321-41, le médiateur peut également émettre une recommandation, qui est notifiée aux parties par tout moyen propre à établir la preuve de la date de réception.

Dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la réception de la recommandation, les parties informent le médiateur des suites données à la recommandation.
