The mediator communicates the finding of the second paragraph of article R. 321-40, the recommendation and the action taken on it by the parties, or the report noting the failure of the mediation to the chairman of the commission. The chairman of the committee communicates this information to the Minister for Culture.

Le médiateur communique le constat du deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 321-40, la recommandation et les suites qui lui ont été données par les parties, ou le rapport constatant l’échec de la médiation au président de la commission. Le président de la commission communique ces éléments au ministre chargé de la culture.
