Statements taken may not be produced or relied upon by a party without the agreement of the party that produced them in the context of another mediation procedure, arbitration procedure or court procedure.

The mediator’s findings may not be produced by the parties, with the exception of those made public.

Les déclarations recueillies ne peuvent être ni produites ni invoquées par une partie sans l’accord de celle qui les a produites dans le cadre d’une autre procédure de médiation, d’une procédure d’arbitrage ou d’une procédure judiciaire.

Les constatations du médiateur ne peuvent être produites par les parties, à l’exception de celles rendues publiques.
