The application for approval, accompanied by a file drawn up in accordance withArticle R. 322-1, is sent by registered post to the Minister for Culture, who issues a receipt. If the file is not in order, the minister responsible for culture will request a supplementary file by registered letter, which must be submitted in the same form within one month of receipt of this letter.
Accreditation is granted by order of the minister responsible for culture, published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
Accreditation is granted for five years. It is renewable under the same conditions as the initial approval.
Authorisation may be withdrawn if the organisation does not meet one of the conditions set out in article R. 322-1, after formal notice or notification of grievances. The beneficiary of the authorisation has one month to submit its observations. Withdrawal is pronounced by order of the Minister for Culture, published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
