Article R322-43 of the French Sports Code

Notwithstanding Article R. 4461-21 of the Labour Code, the employer may authorise a worker to use his own personal protective equipment, after ensuring that it is appropriate for the work to be carried out or suitably adapted for this purpose, in accordance with Articles R. 4321-1 et seq. of the Labour Code.

Par dérogation à l’article R. 4461-21 du code du travail, l’employeur peut autoriser un travailleur à utiliser son propre équipement de protection individuelle, après s’être assuré qu’il est approprié au travail à réaliser ou convenablement adapté à cet effet, conformément aux articles R. 4321-1 et suivants du code du travail.
