Article R3221-7 of the French Public Health Code

If the quantified objectives for the supply of care mentioned in 2° of the I of Article L. 1434-3 for the “care without consent” section of the psychiatric authorisation mentioned in Article R. 6122-25 are not achieved, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall designate, from among the establishments providing sector psychiatric care under Article L. 3221-4, those that must apply for authorisation for the “care without consent” section in accordance with 3° of the I of Article L. 3221-3.

Si les objectifs quantifiés de l’offre de soins mentionnés au 2° du I de l’article L. 1434-3 pour la mention “ soins sans consentement ” de l’autorisation de psychiatrie mentionnée à l’article R. 6122-25 ne sont pas atteints, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé désigne, parmi les établissements assurant la mission de psychiatrie de secteur au titre de l’article L. 3221-4, ceux qui doivent demander l’autorisation pour la mention “ soins sans consentement ” conformément au 3° du I de l’article L. 3221-3.
