Article R324-1-5 of the French Tourism Code

The deliberation referred to in the first paragraph of IVa of article L. 324-1-1 specifies, on the basis of an analysis of the specific situation of the municipality:

1° The principles for implementing the objectives of protecting the urban environment and achieving a balance between employment, housing, shops and services ;

2° The criteria used to grant the authorisation referred to in the same paragraph. These criteria may be applied differently throughout the municipality, depending on the specific situation of certain districts or areas.

Article R324-1-5

La délibération mentionnée au premier alinéa du IV bis de l’article L. 324-1-1 précise, sur le fondement d’une analyse de la situation particulière de la commune :

1° Les principes de mise en œuvre des objectifs de protection de l’environnement urbain et d’équilibre entre emploi, habitat, commerces et services ;

2° Les critères utilisés pour délivrer l’autorisation prévue au même alinéa. Ces critères peuvent être mis en œuvre de manière différenciée sur le territoire de la commune, en fonction de la situation particulière de certains quartiers ou zones.
