Article R3243-2 of the French Labour Code

The information referred to in a of 8°, 9°, 13° and 14° of article R. 3243-1 is worded and ordered and, for the items payable by the employer, grouped together in accordance with a model defined by order of the ministers responsible for social security and labour.

The contribution referred to in Article L. 136-3 of the Social Security Code and the contribution provided for in Article 14 of Order No. 96-50 of 24 January 1996 on the repayment of the social debt are aggregated. Contributions other than the social contributions mentioned in a of 8° are also aggregated in a single heading, which gives the total amount of this contribution.

Les informations mentionnées aux a du 8°, 9°, 13° et 14° de l’article R. 3243-1 sont libellées et ordonnées ainsi que, pour les éléments à la charge de l’employeur, regroupées conformément à un modèle défini par arrêté des ministres chargés de la sécurité sociale et du travail.

La contribution mentionnée à l’article L. 136-3 du code de la sécurité sociale et la contribution prévue à l’article 14 de l’ordonnance n° 96-50 du 24 janvier 1996 relative au remboursement de la dette sociale sont agrégées. Les contributions autres que les contributions sociales mentionnées au a du 8° sont également agrégées dans une seule rubrique, qui donne le montant total de cette contribution.
