Article R3252-10 of the French Labour Code

The administrator of the registry of the judicial court or, where applicable, of one of its local chambers, shall pay the sums for which he is accountable to the officer of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations closest to the seat of the court where the registry is located, who shall open a special account for him.

Withdrawals for the purposes of distribution are made on presentation of a receipt and must be authorised by the director of the court registry.

Le régisseur installé auprès du greffe du tribunal judiciaire ou, le cas échéant, de l’une de ses chambres de proximité verse les sommes dont il est comptable au préposé de la Caisse des dépôts et consignations le plus rapproché du siège du tribunal auprès duquel le greffe est installé, qui lui ouvre un compte spécial.

Il opère ses retraits pour les besoins des répartitions, sur leur simple quittance, en justifiant de l’autorisation du directeur de greffe.
