Article R3252-35 of the French Labour Code

The court clerk notifies each creditor of the distribution statement.
If an intervention has been contested, the sums due to the intervening creditor are deposited. They are returned to the intervening creditor if the challenge is rejected. Otherwise, the sums are distributed to the creditors or returned to the debtor, as appropriate.

Le greffier notifie à chaque créancier l’état de répartition.
Si une intervention a été contestée, les sommes revenant au créancier intervenant sont consignées. Elles lui sont remises si la contestation est rejetée. Dans le cas contraire, ces sommes sont distribuées aux créanciers ou restituées au débiteur selon le cas.
