Article R3252-48 of the French Labour Code

In the event of the seizure of a sum due by way of remuneration that has been previously assigned, the court clerk will notify the assignee of the seizure deed, informing him that, pursuant to article L. 3252-12, he will join the assignee in distributing the sums seized and inviting him to produce a statement of the amount still owed to him.
The court clerk informs the employer that payments are now made to the order of the registrar.

En cas de saisie d’une somme due à titre de rémunération faisant l’objet d’une cession préalable, le greffier notifie l’acte de saisie au cessionnaire, l’informe qu’en application de l’article L. 3252-12 il vient en concours avec le saisissant pour la répartition des sommes saisies et l’invite à produire un relevé du montant de ce qui lui reste dû.
Le greffier informe l’employeur que les versements sont désormais effectués à l’ordre du régisseur.
