Article R. 134 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 134.-When a witness is unable to meet the costs of his travel, he shall be issued with a transport requisition by the gendarmerie brigade commander, if he so requests, and on presentation of the summons or summons.”
L’article R. 134 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 134.-Lorsqu’un témoin se trouve hors d’état de subvenir aux frais de son déplacement, il lui est délivré par le commandant de la brigade de gendarmerie, s’il le requiert, et sur présentation de la convocation ou de la citation, une réquisition de transport “.
