Article R3262-22 of the French Labour Code

The issue of vouchers by a specialised issuer is subject to:
1° Either the constitution of a provision equivalent to the value in full discharge of the vouchers issued;
2° Or the simultaneous payment of meal vouchers in accordance with article R. 3262-21.
If a cheque remains unpaid, the corresponding provision is immediately re-established.

Article R3262-22

La délivrance de titres par un émetteur spécialisé est subordonnée :
1° Soit à la constitution d’une provision équivalente à la valeur libératoire des titres cédés ;
2° Soit au règlement simultané des titres-restaurant conformément à l’article R. 3262-21.
Dans le cas d’un chèque demeuré impayé, la provision correspondante est immédiatement rétablie.
