Article R3262-38 of the French Labour Code

At the request of the commission, the company or firm issuing meal vouchers shall send the secretariat:
1° A summary statement of the restaurant owners and organisations or firms, fruit and vegetable retailers who, in a given district during a given period, have presented vouchers for reimbursement;
2° Any accounting or commercial document likely to justify the regularity of the operations.

A la demande de la commission, la société ou l’entreprise émettrice de titres-restaurant transmet au secrétariat :
1° L’état récapitulatif des restaurateurs et organismes ou entreprises, des détaillants en fruits et légumes qui, dans une circonscription donnée au cours d’une période donnée, ont présenté des titres de remboursement ;
2° Tout document comptable ou commercial de nature à justifier la régularité des opérations.
