Article R3262-46 of the French Labour Code

Failure to comply with the first and third paragraphs of article L. 3262-2, article L. 3262-3 and the second paragraph of article L. 3262-5 is punishable by a fourth-class fine.
The same applies to infringements of the provisions of articles R. 3262-1, R. 3262-2, R. 3262-4 to R. 3262-11, R. 3262-16, R. 3262-17, R. 3262-20 to R. 3262-25, R. 3262-33 to R. 3262-35 and R. 3262-37 to R. 3262-39 , as well as to obstruction of the supervisory role assigned to the commission provided for in article R. 3262-36.

Article R3262-46

Le fait de méconnaître les dispositions du premier et du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 3262-2, de l’article L. 3262-3 et du second alinéa de l’article L. 3262-5, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe.
Il en est de même des infractions aux dispositions des articles R. 3262-1, R. 3262-2, R. 3262-4 à R. 3262-11, R. 3262-16, R. 3262-17, R. 3262-20 à R. 3262-25, R. 3262-33 à R. 3262-35 et R. 3262-37 à R. 3262-39 ainsi que des entraves mises à l’exercice de la mission de contrôle impartie à la commission prévue à l’article R. 3262-36.
