Article R328-7 of the French Intellectual Property Code

When the withdrawal of approval is pronounced after a contract has been extended under the conditions provided for in I of article L. 138-2, the stipulations of this contract immediately cease to have effect with regard to the holders of rights who are not members of the organisation concerned.

The order mentioned in the last paragraph of Article R. 328-6 repeals the extension order issued by the Minister for Culture pursuant to I of Article L. 138-2.

Article R328-7

Lorsque le retrait de l’agrément est prononcé après qu’un contrat a été étendu dans les conditions prévues au I de l’article L. 138-2, les stipulations de ce contrat cessent immédiatement de produire leurs effets à l’égard des titulaires de droits non membres de l’organisme concerné.

L’arrêté mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 328-6 emporte abrogation de l’arrêté d’extension pris par le ministre chargé de la culture en application du I de l’article L. 138-2.
