Article R33 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Within a period of one month from the notification provided for in the last paragraph of the preceding article, the applicant shall deliver against receipt or send by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the registry of the court of appeal his observations in response, which shall be communicated to the judicial agent of the State and to the public prosecutor within a period of fifteen days.

The submissions subsequently produced by the parties are communicated between them at the request of their author.

Dans le délai d’un mois à compter de la notification prévue au dernier alinéa de l’article précédent, le demandeur remet contre récépissé ou adresse par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception au greffe de la cour d’appel ses observations en réponse qui sont communiquées à l’agent judiciaire de l’Etat et au procureur général dans le délai de quinze jours.

Les conclusions produites ultérieurement par les parties sont communiquées entre elles à la diligence de leur auteur.
