Article R330-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The managers of the systems referred to in Article R. 330-1 shall send the Banque de France and, in the case of systems for the settlement and delivery of financial instruments, the Autorité des marchés financiers, a list of the persons who participate directly or indirectly in such systems, and shall inform them without delay of any change to this list.

The Banque de France and the Autorité des marchés financiers shall hold this information, as well as the identity and address of the system operators, at the disposal of any person who so requests.

Article R330-2

Les gestionnaires des systèmes mentionnés à l’article R. 330-1 communiquent à la Banque de France ainsi que, concernant les systèmes de règlement et de livraison d’instruments financiers, à l’Autorité des marchés financiers la liste des personnes qui y participent directement ou indirectement et les informent sans délai de toute modification de cette liste.

La Banque de France et l’Autorité des marchés financiers tiennent ces informations, ainsi que l’identité et l’adresse des gestionnaires des systèmes, à la disposition de toute personne qui en fait la demande.
