When a case is referred to the Autorité de Régulation de la Communication Audiovisuelle et Numérique pursuant to Articles L. 137-4, L. 219-4 and L. 331-29 to L. 331-31, the Chairman may, on his own initiative or at the request of the parties, combine the investigation of several cases. At the end of their investigation, the authority may issue a joint decision. The Chairman may also decide to split the investigation of a referral into several cases.

Lorsque l’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique est saisie en application des articles L. 137-4, L. 219-4 et L. 331-29 à L. 331-31, le président peut, d’office ou à la demande des parties, procéder à la jonction de l’instruction de plusieurs affaires. A l’issue de leur instruction, l’autorité peut se prononcer par une décision commune. Le président peut également procéder à la disjonction de l’instruction d’une saisine en plusieurs affaires.
