Article R331-3 of the French Sports Code

The authorisation provided for in article L. 331-5 is requested at least three months before the date set for the event. Where the sporting event is a competition involving sports betting, the application for authorisation must be accompanied by the information mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of article R. 131-38. In the absence of a response within one month of receipt of the application, the authorisation is deemed to have been granted.

This event is included in the seasonal calendar drawn up by the delegating federation.

Article R331-3

L’autorisation prévue à l’article L. 331-5 est demandée au moins trois mois avant la date fixée pour le déroulement de la manifestation. Lorsque la manifestation sportive est une compétition qui fait l’objet de paris sportifs, la demande d’autorisation est accompagnée des informations mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 3° de l’article R. 131-38. En l’absence de réponse dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception de la demande, l’autorisation est considérée comme accordée.

Cette manifestation est inscrite au calendrier saisonnier établi par la fédération délégataire.
