Article R332-4 of the French Sports Code

For the purposes of the third paragraph of article L. 332-16, the obligation to respond to a summons is exercised with a police or gendarmerie authority in a department within whose territorial jurisdiction the home of the person concerned is located.

Pour l’application du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 332-16, l’obligation de répondre à une convocation s’exerce auprès d’une autorité de police ou de gendarmerie dans un service dans le ressort territorial duquel est situé le domicile de la personne intéressée.
