Article R332-5 of the French Sports Code

When the person subject to the measure provided for in the third paragraph of article L. 332-16 is domiciled in a department other than that of the prefect and, in Paris, the police prefect who imposed the ban provided for in the first paragraph of the same article, the prefectoral order refers the matter to the prefect of the department where the person is domiciled or, in Paris, to the police prefect or, in the department of Bouches-du-Rhône, to the police prefect of Bouches-du-Rhône, for the purpose of designating the authority responsible for summoning the person concerned.

Article R332-5

Lorsque la personne faisant l’objet de la mesure prévue au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 332-16 est domiciliée dans un autre département que celui du préfet et, à Paris, du préfet de police ayant prononcé l’interdiction prévue par le premier alinéa du même article, l’arrêté préfectoral renvoie au préfet du département du lieu de ce domicile ou, à Paris, du préfet de police ou, dans le département des Bouches-du-Rhône, du préfet de police des Bouches-du-Rhône le soin de désigner l’autorité chargée de convoquer la personne intéressée.
