Article R332-7 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

If the proposed distribution is contested, the petitioner summons the creditors involved in the proceedings and the debtor. The interested parties are brought together within a period of between fifteen days and one month following the first challenge.

Lorsque le projet de distribution fait l’objet d’une contestation, le requérant convoque les créanciers parties à la procédure et le débiteur. Les intéressés sont réunis dans un délai compris entre quinze jours et un mois suivant la première contestation.
